If so, do you feel uncomfortable in certain cities? Me, I dont see color. It is weird, back when I was younger I would have never thought I would be married to an Asian.

Cities like Vegas, Phoenix, LA, Denver, etc..is more acceptable. We have gotten stares in small cities in KY, and TN.

What's your experience if you are in a bi-racial relationshiop?

you definitely come out with some weird threads. I do as well but I am not in your category.

note you guys in the u.s still have a major racism problem and need to catch up with the rest of the world.

Not in a realtionship at this time. But i do frequent a Asian establishment quite often here in Phoenix. Long time ago ALL those Asians thought i was Bill Clinton LMAO ! But now they know me and they are comrotable with my comeings and goings there. BIG sports players there! Still have hard time understanding them from time to time, like on the telephone.

As those of you who have met my wife, she is Phillipino. Leaving in the Phila suburbs, there is little "OVERT" racism, but she does someties experience a lttle bit sometimes. Cuasasian/Asian marriages are much more common here in the burbs in the NE; however I will never forget when we first moved into the neighborhood.

We were walking our newborn and saw an older couple (in theiur 70's). We cahtted, then the wife whispered in my ear "we don't mind Asians here, just no blacks". 11 years later there has only been 1 black in the neighborhood (a doctor at penn in a bi-racial marriage). In the entire elementary school (K-5) there are probably less than 10 blacks fromn 400+ families. Very few hispanics as well. Indians, Asians are fiarly well respresented.

my wife is asian, but she was born here in savannah,ga. So, she kinda has a country accent. If you talk to her on the phone, you would swear she is a southern bell. When we moved to Auburn, Al. (for her to go to Pharmacy school) Everyone there could not believe how country she talked. They were amazed. Now, she is has been out of school for a few years and we moved back to Savannah. I don't think we have ever been discriminated against or anything.

Thats an ignorant comment. We are not the country that throws bananas at black athletes. Hell people get persacuted and fired for ridiculously harmless remarks here.

Insiders, what kind of establishment? bar? restaurant? gambling hall? No names are necessary.

The reason I ask is because when I lived in Tempe I never saw any Asians. Now that I live in SoCal I see them all over the place. I love Asian women! The men who are born in Asia seem to be quite respectful so I have a few Asian men as friends as well.

At one of my consulting assignments I used to eat with the Asians because I like their food. One guy told me I was white on the outside and yellow on the inside.

anyone who marries an asian or latina woman is very smart.

I would never, never marry a woman born in the united states.

I have seen it ruin too many a man. The asians and latinas know how to treat a man.

I like women who chill and don't grill.

I was married to a JAP and the bitch is still taking me to court for more money six years after our divorce. I don't know her ethnicity but I know she's a friggin' monster, so I think that makes it bi-racial.
